The Mexican Restaurant, Mission Burrito in Leicester is well known for its burrito eating challenges, and this new challenge could prove to be the most notorious yet.
El Criminal, as it is called, is a colossal 5lb burrito; yes you did read that correctly – it is a humongous burrito, loaded with 3 meats, beans, rice, cheese, salad, and then smothered in sour cream and hot salsas served on a bed of nachos.
Mission Burrito has said that the size combined with the escalating level of heat make this the biggest burrito challenge the UK has ever seen!
For those of you who would like to take on the challenge, it costs £25 and is available in all of the mission burrito restaurants. Those who succeed and conquer the El Criminal will receive a t-shirt as well as their name added to the Heroes Roll of Honour.
