The History of Pho
Whilst in Vietnam on a trip they were sat eating pho bo in a shop front in Ho Chi Minh City when they came up with the idea to start a restaurant that serves Vietnamese food across the UK with restaurants in Manchester, London, Liverpool and Leicester. Fast forward twelve years and Pho is still a family run business that serves across the UK with restaurants in London, Leeds, Manchester and in Leicester.
The success of Pho in The Highcross, Leicester, that only opened its doors under a year ago year has seen queues forming outside to get some of its amazing Vietnamese food. The restaurant has also gained popularity with their vegan and gluten-free options.
There is a great selection of food which is all prepared in-house from salads to rice noodles topped with beef or tofu and some amazingly delicious starters and puddings being served. And for those who want to embrace the experience, the names of the dishes are written in Vietnamese adding to the already amazing experience.
The theming of the restaurant has also received positive praise for how it brings the look of a Vietnamese street scene with its incredible artistic walls and clever lighting effects which keeps to the other restaurants in the group.
