Prizes

One of the main things you’ll find on the Snizl platform are competitions with lots of prizes to be won. Have a look at the link below for all of our latest competitions for you to enter.

Limerick Day

National Limerick Day is celebrated on May 12th each year on the birthday of English poet, artist, and author Edward Lear (May 12, 1812 – Jan. 29, 1888). Lear is mostly known for his nonsensical Limericks.

What is a Limerick

Limericks are five lines long, usually constructed in a AABBA pattern, meaning the first, second, and fifth lines end in the same rhyme, while the third and fourth lines end with their own different rhyme.

Here’s a little Limerick I’ve put together that incorporates what I’m involved with at Snizl at the moment.
