If you’re all about tradition and authenticity then be sure to pay Walkers Deli and Sausage Co a visit. First branded as Walkers & Son, the butchers opened in 1824 in Leicester and they’ve been producing great meat there ever since. The business specialises in manufacturing premium sliced cooked meats (and sausages of course), and they’re also the largest producer of pate in the UK.

Originally from Hungary, Johnny’s father came here in 1956 and both of them have found a way to marry the two cultures together.
