National Competition Day, created by Snizl, is the latest, (unofficial) holiday to add to your calendar.
Taking place on the seventh day of the seventh month (7th July 2018), National Competition Day celebrates’ Snizl’s lovely, FREE competitions that support local business by giving away prizes galore.
With over 150 happy winners so far from a multitude of businesses, people can’t get enough of it… I mean, who doesn’t just want to win stuff?
Competitions have become hugely important to the growth strategy for 1000’s of local and online businesses. It’s a great way to build an active audience who are happy to learn about its products and services as well as having the chance to win some lovely prizes to boot. Snizl helps businesses do this, keeps things fair and lets the business become ‘front of mind’ next time the consumer needs its product or service.
Competitions work so well that we have been using them to boost our own Snizl marketing campaigns and attracting thousands of users to our site. Giving and receiving prizes is lots of fun!
To this end, we decided to create a National Competition Day to encourage both businesses and the lovely buying public to join in and possibly win some fabulous prizes along the way.
Businesses have always used competitions as a means of creating brand awareness and attracting customers, and since the age of social media, competitions have become more popular than ever.
