Traditional Christmas markets are returning to Sheffield City Centre once again this year. With an exciting line up of bars, Santa Grotto’s and stalls, Sheffield has all you need to get you in the Christmas spirit. From the sleigh bar to Thors Tipi Bar there’s something for everyone – including mulled wine.
Below, we will list multiple venues and Grottos where you can go and meet and greet Farther Christmas Himself. A lovely, festive family day out everyone will enjoy.
Santa’s Puppet Reindeer Parade at Meadowhall

Running from 22nd November up until 18th December, this free event for all the family makes Christmas really come to life. Santa Claus will perform in a theatrical performance brought to you by the official directors of War Horse. The lifelike reindeer creatures and the sound effects will amaze you. No booking necessary.

Santa’s Grotto at Fargate

This Santa Grotto runs from the 15th November until the 24th December. Each child is only £4.99 per entry including a free special gift of your personal choice. Gather together as a family and have a picture with Santa Claus in his Grotto and be sure to tell him what you want for Christmas.

Santa’s Grotto at The Tropical Butterfly House
